Please note that due to the delicate nature of estate jewelry, items must be returned with their original security tags intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the jewelry item you wish to return or exchange.

Secure Packaging

Place the item back in its original velvet presentation box and use a padded shipping mailer to ensure the vintage piece is protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

Inspection and Refund

Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
